Attention: the Dutch OBU NEDLINQ is not accredited in Belgium and is therefore not permitted for use in Belgium. Even if the device displays a green status, you are not paying the kilometer charge and will still be subject to a fine.

As of 1 January 2026, the blue OBU’s (from service provider Axxès) are no longer supported on the Belgian road network.

The blue Kapsch OBU S5310 & S3290 (also called B’Moov or Viaxxes SAT) are at the end of their life cycle.

Continuing to use the blue OBU Kapsch S5310 or S3290 on Belgian roads will result in a fine. Ask your Axxès advisor for a replacement with the Viapass‑compatible C’Moov 4G badge.
