With the title “Driven by Data, Driven by passion”, Viapass highlights the importance of geomatics data and the passion with which its teams process all this information. This data – number and type of trucks on our roads, number of kilometers traveled, impact of demonstrations and so on – is not only used to supervise activities and ensure the smooth running of the system, but also contributes to the analysis of the economic context and mobility in Belgium. You’ll also find the annual statistics, financial results and some examples of investments financed by the revenue generated by the kilometer charge.
